Can anyone recommend any pilates/core stability exercises that isolate the back from the abs? - pilates core exercises
I had chronic back pain due to muscle imbalance around a year and a half. Pilates exercises and core stability have for me works best. But while the abdominal muscles are made of steel, back muscles still seem very low, and as good as anything. I really need to strengthen the back ... Are there any exercises that your back more and not sit-up a lot of work?

I do not remember the name, but a pilates exercise that I vaguely remember put me in front of him, and lift the crate onto the floor with arms at his side. Continue to breathe, then relax and repeat. Doing it on a thick carpet to avoid pressure on the sternum.
Be sure to do otherwise curl a ball after pulling muscles.
